All products sold on KeyBuy.net are digital software license keys delivered electronically via email. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, they cannot be physically returned. Instead, we offer refunds as described below.

We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any eligible reason listed below, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your original purchase date.
Eligibility for a Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if any of the following conditions apply within 30 days of purchase:
- Non-working license key: The license key provided does not activate the software or shows an error during activation.
- Already used key: The license key was previously activated by another user and cannot be used on your device.
- Wrong product delivered: You received a license key for a different product than what you ordered.
- Non-delivery: You did not receive your license key within 24 hours of purchase, and our support team was unable to resolve the issue.
- Revoked key: The license key was revoked or deactivated by the software publisher within 30 days of purchase.
- Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
Not Eligible for a Refund
Refund requests will not be approved in the following cases:
- The license key has been successfully activated and used on your device.
- The refund request is made more than 30 days after the original purchase date.
- You changed your mind after successfully activating the product.
- Your device or operating system does not meet the minimum system requirements of the software. Please verify system requirements before purchasing.
- The product was purchased in violation of our Terms of Service.
How to Request a Refund

Replacement Keys
Before issuing a refund, we may offer a free replacement license key as an alternative solution. This is often faster and resolves the issue immediately. If the replacement key also fails, a full refund will be issued without further delay. You are never obligated to accept a replacement — you may request a refund directly.
Refund Method & Processing Time
- All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.).
- Refund processing: Once approved, refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days.
- Bank processing: Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
- Refunds are issued in the original currency of the transaction (USD, EUR, GBP, or CAD).
- The full purchase amount is refunded. We do not charge restocking fees or deduction fees.
Cancellations
Because our products are digital license keys delivered instantly via email, orders are fulfilled immediately upon payment. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the license key has not yet been used or activated, we will process a full refund.
